About Us

Beginning in 2014, we set out to build fixed-income funds that are tailored to the needs of veterans and industry-leading professionals. We found that investing in stabilized, single-tenant properties with investment-grade tenants leads to consistent dividend yield. The result is a product that is easily understood, producing consistent quarterly distributions that are above market, with low underlying risk and volatility, which makes it perfect for the fixed income portion of a balanced portfolio.

INTRODUCING

Battle Monument Group

Battle Monument Group has launched and manages a series of private real estate funds focused on providing stable fixed income to over 550+ investors, consisting largely of military veterans and industry-leading professionals.  With a 11-year track record of consistent yield, it is no surprise that BMG experiences a nearly 70% reinvestment rate from existing investors.

Our product focus is on single-tenant commercial properties with investment-grade tenants and a long-term lease. We specialize in long-term investment in defensive assets, with an emphasis on discount retailers, like Dollar General, in secondary and tertiary markets.

These dynamics have led to an opportunity, and we have found a valuable niche in this sub-market. There are 19,000+ Dollar General Stores located in smaller markets with low price points. The market price for these properties, taken individually, is lower than their long-term value in an organized portfolio.
